conditions

• The prices are in a standard double room per person and include half board, do not include drinks and wine. Spring water in jars are included.
• Discounts, promotions and special offers are applied to the half-board rate and are not cumulative.
• On the estimates we reserve the right to check for any mystake made by calculation errors.
• Prices and quotations proposed will be valid for one week.
• Activities and services described may change and / or be canceled.
• Tourist Tax: The price does not include the ”Imposta Provinciale di Soggiorno” ( Provincial Tax of Stay) which is determined in the amount of Euro 1.50 per day per person and which must be paid directly to the Hotel. (Minors up to the age of 14 are excluded from this tax)

• Full board: euro 20.00 adult / child
• Single room: (if available) euro 30.00 / day
• Double single use: (if available) euro 50.00 / day
• Garage: Covered garage for a fee at 50 mt € 40.00 / week

FREE SERVICES

• Mini Club service: for children aged 4 and over;
• Ski storage: video surveillance and electric shoe dryer;
• Free Wi-Fi;
• Pets: Small pets are accepted upon availability of rooms. Your four-legged friends will not be able to enter the common areas of the hotel
• Private shuttle to gondola lift.

Arrival / departure

• The stay will start with dinner on the day of arrival and end with the breakfast of departure;
• The rooms will be delivered after 4.00 pm and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• ShIf you might arrive after 8.00 pm, please let us know.
• Check in after 24.00 + 30.00 euros per room

booking

• The reservation will be confirmed only after paying a deposit of at least 150.00 euros per person, in the weeks with ski pass included or in the New Year’s week the deposit requested is 300.00 euros per person.

Cancellation

• Reservations can only be canceled by e-email, the deposit will not be returned in any way.
• In case of early departure or late arrival at the booking, payment will be requested for the days booked in advance.
• Any decision to return all or part of the deposit will be possible only following the replacement of the canceled reservation. The decision will be at the discretion of the management

Payment

• Cash payment (up to 2999.00 euros) Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Postamat, Bancomat, Postepay (no American Express, no Diners) credit card We do not accept checks and bank order.

Agreements

• Discount 20%on rent with ski rent folgarida, deposit free material;
• Discount 20% Ski School Aevolution agreement on group courses.
